Our Team

S. Lewis Hill

President and Developer of the Market Assessment Valuation; Developer of Commercial Desktop Appraisals for First American. 
Lewis is an experienced entrepreneur and senior executive. His professional accomplishments in short: Lewis chartered investor Life Insurance of America in 1982, increasing sales to $3M before selling in 1986. In 1987 he founded Tax Valuation, Inc. where he grew sales to $2M annually. He eventually arranged the sale for the company to First American Financial Corporation in 1995 at was retained as President. While at First American he grew the tax services substantially, and created additional divisions and products to enhance commercial property valuations, business personal tax analyses, environmental risk, and nationwide appraisal and tax appeal services. In 2004, he acquired a Chicago tax services company and increased sales tenfold in one year.
